You upgrade your doctors, equipment, and meds throughout each stage and once you get to certain levels, you open a new location and start from scratch on building up docs, equipment, etc. That’s what makes it tricky, you have to use strategy to go from spot to spot to grab what you need and get it to the doctor, move patients, make the beds, craft meds together, and more.Īnd of course, it gets more difficult with each new level. The goals change with each round, sometimes it’s to get a certain amount of coins within a time limit and others you have to work hard not to lose a patient as they get more and more impatient the longer they have to wait. You start off in a small emergency room and as a nurse, it is your duty to tap to admit patients, call doctors, and procuring whatever medicine or procedure that the doctor orders. Which meant I completed all levels in less than a week. Now, in all fairness, they did give me unlimited coins so I could completely check it out and I’m sure that only served to enhance letter B above… I got addicted and tried to best every aspect of the game. However, the pitch had caught my eye because, having been a paramedic a few decades ago and the fact that the developers stated medical professionals were enjoying the game, I decided to give it a try. So, when I was contacted about Happy Clinic, I initially ignored the email and went about my day.

I rarely accept game reviews simply because a) I rarely have spare time, let a lone time to play games, and b) when I do play mobile games, I end up trying to be the best and typically get addicted.
